FOUR STEPS BETWEEN HEAVEN AND HELL

Yes, that's right! As incredible as it might seem, there are only 4 steps between heaven and hell, and you can take those steps today. There is no secret or "catch', just continue reading and find out what God says.

1. REALIZE that you're a sinner. Now I know that you may be a pretty good person, but just being good isn't good enough. If you are honest with yourself, you'll have to admit there have been some sins in your life. The Bible says, "There is none righteous, no, not one." "For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God". Romans 3:10,23

2. ADMIT that you are powerless to do anything about it. The Bible says, "Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy has saved us". Titus 3:5 "For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves:it is the gift of God: not of works lest any man should boast". Ephesians 2:8,9
If it were possible for you to live a perfect life from now till eternity, your past sins would still condemn you to Hell. you can't erase them from your record. Only Jesus Christ can. Even our best isn't good enough for God.

3. BELIEVE that Jesus Christ died on the cross and rose again so you could have forgiveness of sins. Tha Bible says, "For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly. But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinner, Christ died for us". Romans 5:6,8 "He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him". John 3:36

4. CONFESS Jesus Christ as your personal Saviour. Once again the Bible says, "That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation". Romans 10:9,10

• Do you realize you are a sinner?
• Do you admit you can't save yourself?
• Do you believe that Jesus Christ died on the cross and rose again so you could have salvation?
• If so, why not take the last step and confess Him as your personal Saviour?
• Just pray this prayer to Him.

 

"Dear Lord Jesus,

I realize I am a sinner and on my way to hell.

I believe You died on the cross and took my place.

Please forgive my sins and save my soul. In Jesus name I pray, Amen."
